What is the Expedition?
The Thailand Expedition is an 8-day retreat for entrepreneurs, creators, and builders.
We will meditate & do breathwork on the beach, journal, workout, hit creative work sessions, mastermind business & content creation, eat incredible food, swim in blue oceans, hike through jungles, dance at raves and ecstatic dances, and and connect deeply with other creatives, travelers, and entrepreneurs.
Community
Discussion circles, masterminds, and creative sessions with other creators and builders.
Self-Connection
Daily meditation & breathwork practice, sound healing journeys, and exercises to connect deeper with your purpose & mission.
Adventure
Hike through jungles, soak up the sun & swim in the ocean, and surrender & let loose at ecstatic dances.

Dedicated time and space to work on your projects with inspiration from new surroundings and other creatives & builders.

You are likely a creator, a writer, an entrepreneuer (or aspiring one) who is looking for adventure, connection with like-minded people, and personal / spiritual / business expansion.
This retreat is designed for creatives who want to channel new inspiration and energy into their creative projects. It's a great opportunity to work on that book idea you have, the course you want to create, to film a bunch of incredible content, or map out your next business move in a collaboritive setting.
What's Included?
All housing, inter-journey travel (ferries), and any group activities (sound healing, yoga, ecstatic dance, etc) are taken care of.
Specific housing information will be given closer to the start date (depending on the group size)
You are responsible for:
Travel to and from Thailand
We will be meeting in Koh Samui on Saturday, March 21. The easiest way to fly to Samui is to take a flight from Bangkok (BKK) to Samui (USM). You are responsible for booking your own flights and Grabs (Thailand equivalent Uber). We will be in contact to coordinate meeting up! Within the trip, your travels to new locations will all be covered! ✈️
Food
All food costs are on your own throughout the expedition. There will spaces to cook and prepare food at the AirBnB. Prices are pretty cheap in Thailand! A meal is typically $5-15 🍜
Renting a motorbike
If you want to rent a motorbike, that is also your expense. If you don't feel comfortable driving, you will be able to hitch a ride from someone else in the group. There are also taxis available on Koh Samui if needed. Motorbikes are about $5-10 per day to rent. 🏍️
What should I bring?
Pack light! If you can fit everything in a large backpack, that is ideal. But don't forget these essentials!
Money & Communication
- 💳A debit card that can be used in an international ATM (Charles Schwab recommended)
- 📱International phone connection (contact your cell provider to set up a plan)
Clothing
- 👕Shorts, t-shirts, and swim gear (it will be hot, and we will spend a lot of time in the ocean.)
- 👟Comfortable walking shoes and sandals

- 📓A journal for capturing insights and memories
- 📚Your favorite books for downtime
Miscellaneous
- 🧴Sunscreen and mosquito repellent
- 💊Any personal medications you need

I have extensive experience with meditation, retreats, foreign travel, digital nomading, content creation, and the creator economy.
I've led three retreats in the past few years and spent lots of time in the Southern Islands of Thailand.
